Returns & Refunds – Shineworx
At Shineworx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Standard Returns Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them (unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Damages & Issues - Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items -
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges -The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period - If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria above.
Refunds - Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at support@shineworx.ie
